Staffed Hours: 6:00am-5:30pm
Stop down to
fitness center to enroll! We are located on the street level of the Fifth
Towers and open to all building tenants.
- Standard Monthly Membership: $38.50 +tax
- Enrollment Fee: $50.00
*Note- members that decide to cancel and rejoin within
one year will be subject to a $100.00 re-enrollment fee.
Regular enrollment fees apply to those who rejoin after one year of the
Fitness Center Brochure

Personal Training Information
Exercise with a professional trainer for fast results!
- Discounts through insurance. We currently partner with Blue
Blue Shield of MN, HealthPartners, PreferredOne, and Medica to offer a $20
fitness membership discount if you complete a minimum number of visits
throughout the month.
- Certified, degreed health and fitness professionals. Our team
provide a personalized exercise program, preiodically reassess your fitness
progress and provide direction for your individual exercise needs.
- Group classes. Regularly scheduled classes are available at no
additional charge and may include Tabata, Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing and other
various cardio and strength training classes.
- Discounted specialty services. Personal training and metabolism
testing are available to members at a discounted cost. These services are
available to any tenant in the Fifth Street Towers at a higher rate.
- Full service amenities. Locker rooms, towel service and showers
shampoo and hair dryers are available to make the transition from fitness
to workplace as smooth as possible.
- Fitness center programs, specials and events. Click the
